EASY RETURNS
If product is damaged upon delivery or you are unsatisfied with the product quality, the item may be returned. Personalized items may not be returned unless damaged upon delivery. Proof of damage must be sent via email at info.craftqueens@gmail.com within 2 days of the product delivery.

Once shipped, an email will be sent with a tracking number for you to track your item(s).
